❌ Cancellation Policy

- You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Since most of our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept cancellations once the production process begins.
- To cancel, simply email us at [your email] or WhatsApp us with your order details.

Refunds:

We currently do not offer refunds, as each piece is handcrafted and often made on request.

However, in the unlikely event of:
- A defective product
- A wrong item received
- We will arrange for an exchange.

Exchange Terms:

- To be eligible for an exchange, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery. The product must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- With all tags and packaging intact
- Pickup for exchange will be arranged only if the issue is confirmed by our team.

Not at all! While block prints hold a special place in our collections, we also design in other rich fabrics and techniques—including solids, embroideries, hand-dyes, and more. Our curation is constantly evolving.

Many of our pieces are crafted using hand-done techniques, especially in our artisanal series. We proudly support skilled artisans and slow fashion practices wherever possible.
